When you do come in, it means we'll treat you like a valued guest. And by"the right way to buy a car," we aren't just referring to the actual buying. We mean it as a philosophy that extends to your service experience as well.
How do we do it "the right way?" We can't give away all our secrets, but we start by hiring nice people. (As someone once said, that's easier than training people to be nice).
